Transportation Terms & Conditions
These Transportation Terms apply to reservations and services provided by Topline Limousine LLC. By requesting, confirming, or using our transportation services, the customer and all passengers agree to these terms.
Reservations, Rates & Payment
Reservation information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, addresses, contact details, flight or cruise information, passenger counts, luggage counts, and special requirements. Topline is not responsible for service issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Rates and additional charges
Quoted rates are based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for requested stops, route changes, waiting time, overtime, parking, tolls, airport or port fees, cleaning, damage, excessive luggage, special equipment, holiday service, after-hours service, or service extending beyond the original reservation.
Payment authorization
A valid payment method may be required to secure a reservation. By providing a payment method, the customer authorizes Topline to charge the confirmed fare and any permitted additional charges arising from the reservation. Unless stated otherwise, gratuity is optional and may be added by the customer.
Vehicle selection
We make reasonable efforts to provide the reserved vehicle class. For operational, safety, or availability reasons, we may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle. Specific colors, models, and vehicle years are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Third-party reservations
The person or organization making a reservation for another passenger is responsible for communicating these terms and all pickup instructions to that passenger.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requirements depend on the reserved vehicle. Unless a different written agreement or confirmation applies, the following minimum cancellation notice is required:
| Vehicle or service | Minimum cancellation notice |
|---|---|
| Luxury sedan or SUV | 24 hours before pickup |
| Mercedes Sprinter | 72 hours before pickup |
| Passenger van | 5 days before pickup |
| Mini bus, shuttle or coach | 7 days before pickup |
| Stretch limousine or limo bus | 7 days before pickup |
Cancellations received inside the applicable cancellation period, no-shows, and unused portions of service may be charged in full. Approved cancellations made before the applicable deadline may be refunded less any disclosed nonrefundable deposit, processing fee, or committed third-party expense.
A substantial change to the date, pickup time, vehicle, route, or duration may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation, depending on availability.
Waiting Time, Delays & No-Shows
Complimentary airport and cruise waiting time
- Domestic airport arrivals: up to 30 minutes.
- International airport arrivals: up to 60 minutes.
- Cruise-port pickups: up to 30 minutes.
Complimentary waiting time begins according to the scheduled pickup time or the monitored flight arrival time, as determined by the reservation. After the complimentary period, waiting-time charges may apply at the rate shown in your confirmation.
Non-airport pickups
For residences, hotels, offices, and other non-airport locations, the chauffeur may wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise agreed. Additional waiting charges may apply, and continued availability is not guaranteed.
Passenger communication
Passengers should keep their telephone available and notify Topline promptly about customs delays, lost luggage, terminal changes, or other pickup issues. Flight monitoring does not replace the passenger’s responsibility to communicate material changes.
No-shows
A reservation may be considered a no-show when the passenger cannot be located or contacted after the applicable waiting period and reasonable contact attempts. No-show reservations may be charged in full.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passenger and luggage capacity
Passengers must reserve a vehicle large enough for all travelers, luggage, child seats, mobility devices, and equipment. Chauffeurs may refuse to exceed legal passenger or cargo limits. An additional vehicle may be required at the customer’s expense.
Child seats
Child seats must be requested before service and remain subject to availability. The responsible adult must confirm that the requested seat is appropriate for the child and may be required to inspect or secure it. Passengers may provide their own child seat.
Passenger conduct
Smoking, illegal drugs, unlawful conduct, dangerous behavior, harassment, and damage to the vehicle are prohibited. Chauffeurs may end transportation when conduct threatens safety, violates the law, or risks damage to people or property. No refund is required when service is ended for prohibited conduct.
Cleaning and damage
The customer may be charged for extraordinary cleaning, smoking, spills, sickness, stains, burns, broken equipment, or other damage caused by passengers. Charges may include cleaning, repair, replacement, and reasonable vehicle downtime.
Personal belongings
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Topline is not responsible for items left in a vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return reported items. Delivery or shipping expenses may be charged to the customer.
Service animals
Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law. Customers are encouraged to notify us in advance so that we can prepare the assigned vehicle appropriately.
Service Limitations, Liability & Disputes
Delays and events outside our control
Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Topline is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, mechanical emergencies, airport restrictions, security procedures, public events, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Safety and route decisions
Chauffeurs may select routes based on safety, traffic, road conditions, and operational judgment. Service may be delayed, modified, or cancelled when conditions make transportation unsafe or unlawful.
Affiliated transportation providers
When necessary, Topline may arrange service through a properly authorized affiliate or transportation provider. Reservation information may be shared with that provider to complete the trip.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topline Limousine LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including missed flights, cruises, events, business opportunities, or connecting transportation. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected transportation service, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, the customer agrees to contact Topline and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms, together with the customer’s written quote, confirmation, and any signed service agreement, constitute the agreement applicable to the reservation. The more specific written reservation term controls if a conflict exists.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy and these Transportation Terms periodically. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. The terms included with a confirmed reservation will continue to govern that reservation unless otherwise agreed.
